Herb Salad with Noigra® Hemp Hearts
A refreshing salad made with lush and fresh herbs, nutty hearts and a simple dressing to bring it together is a great option for a healthy and light meal.

Mixes herbs, roughly chopped (mint leaves, parsley, basil and coriander) |

Instructions:
- In a small pan, take the oil on high flame and pan-fry the garlic until crispy, and set aside on a paper towel.
- Meanwhile, mix all the remaining ingredients gently in a bowl.
- Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with fried garlic and hemp hearts, and serve immediately.
Note:
- You can use any oil for frying, e.g., vegetable oil, olive oil, soyabean oil, or noigra hemp seed oil.
- Remember, Noigra hemp seed oil is not recommended for deep frying as it negates the flavour as it starts to burn at low temperature.
