Garlic & Dill Vegan Cheese with Hemp Hearts
Serves : 2
- 1 cup Noigra Hemp Hearts
- 5-6 Garlic Pods
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh Dill
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Almond/soy milk
- Put the Noigra Hemp hearts in the blender and blend to thick paste
- Scrape down the bottom and sides and add the garlic and lemon juice and blend some more.
- Add chopped dill and add almond/soy milk.
- Blend to smooth creamy cheese.
- Serve it with bread or crackers.
